750 ml bottle. Nose is grapes, a touch of vinegar, lemon. Nice sweetness, white grapes, carbonation is a bit too low for the style. Nice balance, and an interesting wine-beer hybrid of sorts. Tangy, sillky, smooth, light a nice, lightly acidic white wine.

thin head, slightly hazy, the nose is amazing of horse blanket, muscat, hay, wood, very tart, band aid in the nose. It’s outstanding. Medium body, light medium, body, the grapes show up and work well. So funky, oak plays in the background. Everything is perfectly integrated. Every sip I just want to say fuck me. It’s not like a cantillon but neither does it need to compared too. Very hazy dusty finish. World class.

Bottle. Almost clear orange, not much carbonation. Nice light tart nose, light fresh pickles. Taste has light acidity, dry and sour fruitiness. Some light salted pickles, fresh cucumber which blends really well with white grapes that it also has. This feels like a real Lambic and the first authentic-feeling one I have had in Japan. Excellent. Light tart acidity in the finish. Dry.
