Tap at Craft House. Seems they use the unripe apples that they thin from the trees to make the others grow bigger. Cloudy gold, comes out with a big airy head that quickly settles. Nose is apples, light mineral and lemon and just a touch of funk. flavor medium sweet, light tartness, minerally, again light barnyard note. Could use a bit more carbonation remaining in the cidre. Nice enough.
