Tap at Before 9. Deep amber with lace. Rich, dry malt nose, light honey, bread, grains. Rustic. Bit of lemony hop. Crisp and bready but not sweet. Clean and grainy and quite rustic with a nice yeast spiciness and notes of melon, stone fruits, and minerals. Good saison.
