Bottle from Isetan as simply Mattcha and 9%. I suppose it is the same beer. Herbal nose, lemon candy, matcha tea, cabbage notes. Dark, dark cloudy green with a medium off-green head. Candy sweet, with matcha latte, veggie notes and again a fake candy-like lemon background. Matcha flavor is sweet and fake. This is pretty nasty.

Bottle. Deep green with a light green head. Grassy and herbal green tea with citrusy hops over the top and bread underneath. The beer is a little more prominent in the taste with the tea at first fattening things up and then adding gentle bitterness at the end as well as some grassy and spearmint. It's refreshing and the alcohol is very well hidden. Thoughtfully blended and pretty good.

Oddly capped bottle from the Davis Co-op. Pours greenish with a foamy greenish head. Green tinged anyway. Aroma is something like green tea, but stronger. Med body. Flavor is herbal/green tea with something like pale stone fruit from hop. It's earthy/herbal/tea. Fairly dry. Tea bitter. Very different. Quite drinkable.
