Cloudy gold with a small white head. Light soured sweet plum. Sweet plum and a light sour lime finish.

Tap at the brew pub. A kettle sour with ume plums in it. Hazy pale gold with lace. Pretty. Nice. Slightly lactic nose, lemony, ume. A bit of weird funk but not much. Flavor is nicely tart and lemony with understated ume. Finishes tart and flowery, with spicy yeast. Crisp and light. Interesting stuff. Somewhat like a fruited champagne.
