very pale golden color with frothy white head. fantastic herbal hoppy nose with cereal undertones. Tight low medium carbonation with aggressive bitterness. Very herbal. Superb. Long dry herbal finish. Fantastic. Drank on Oct 27, only a couple days after released

Tap at Komachi. Clear pale gold with a low, fine head. Grassy, herbal nose, light citrus. Crackery malt is clean and crisp. Dry and crackery malt falvor, understated hop, some inerals and a bit of lemon, spicy and herbal mostly. Bright and amazingly crisp in the North German style, I suppose. The mouthfeel and crispness are perfect. Very little sweetness. The hops work fine without being hugely impressive (This varietal is rather boring imo), but the whole package here is a wonderful pilsner.
