Looks like Coke with big off white. Very lovely big yeasty nose, dusty, dry, with cola notes. The yeast is really well Defined in this and very different from typical Saison but very Belgian. I really dig the nose. Good chocolate malt, nice hoppiness and excellent Belgian yeastiness. Very different but I thought well executed.

Tap at Synchronicity. Black with a low head. Spicy chocolate nose, earthy, grains. Malty flavor of chocolate and spice, huge graininess and spice, lightly acrid and acidic. Very bitter. A bit messy.

Tap @ Mikkeller Tokyo. Dark brown pour with jus a little brownish foam on top. Dark saison this is. Nose has light roast, some chalk, blackberries and chocolate and cola. More cola in taste, also good roasty fruit character. Bitter cocoa, well balanced and even some saison esters coming out. Tasty beer for sure, difficult to classify as a style but I do like this.
