Une mousse brune surplombant un corps noir prometteur. Un premier nez réglisse, chocolat et grain torréfié avec des notes de pruneaux et d'alcools complexes. Une bouche ronde fortement dominé par la torréfaction et le caramel. En fin de bouche, le houblon se manifeste par une amertume souple toute en longueur.

Tap at Trois 8. Nose is licorice, chocolate, lemon, orange. Sweet and spicy, then woody, resiny, with a dry, lightly roasty finish and notes of licorice and mint. The yeast seems a bit Belgian, but I guess it is not. Rather estery, though. Pretty much hides the alcohol. Nice.
