Bottle pour at Lorsbacker Thal. Medium to deep golden orange, clear and still. Nose is strong honey, apples, some lemon. Medium sweet flavor os honeyed baked apples, minerals, light citrus. Light but silky body.

5/8/2018. 0.1l pour at Lorsbacher Thal, Frankfurt. Pours bright clear mid-gold with no carbonation or head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, with a hint of caramel and clove. Medium sweetness, very light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, almost still carbonation. Nice.

17-03-18 // 100ml taster from bottle at Lorsbaacher Thal. Clear bright golden, no head. Nose of sweet apples. Taste is extremely well blanced, a soft and juicy mouthfeel, drinking pretty easy. Soft flavours of sweet apples and a medium acidity. Great!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear golden colour. Aroma of dry apples, mild tartness. Taste of medium sweet apples, medium tartness, a bit dry.

Würziger, sehr fruchtiger Apfelantrunk, mitteltrocken. Spritzig, gleichzeitig voluminös, in diesem Apfelwein ist der Mittelweg gut getroffen. Geringe Bitterkeit. Langer fruchtiger Nachhall. Gut! 8/11/11/11//11

Fresh sourish fruity nose. The cider without carbonation starts fruity-tart. Refreshing with a bit of water in the body. The apples are fruity tart, hints of dust with a sourish tart (and a bit thin) aftertaste. Very nice fruity combination.
