On tap @Drugie Dno in Warsaw. Campari pour with a rose head lowering fast. Nose: milky, boiled milk, with so much red fruit. Mouthfeel is academic with tons of raspberries and strawberries, a soft lactose sourness. Well brewed also this one. Yes!

TAp. Creamy, lactic acid and raspberries in the nose, some lemon. Nice. Very sour, great fresh raspberries, yogurt, vanilla, lemon. Crisp, clean, great tartness. Lovely stuff.

Barwa ciemnoróżowa, zamglone, piana biała, znikomej wielkości, nietrwała. W aromacie maliny, maślanka. W smaku wytrawne, dużo malin, dużo lakto, sprawia wrażenie skwaśniałego jogurtu malinowego. Kwaśność średnia, wysycenie w normie, ciało lekkie. Poprawne, chociaż nieco zbyt mdłe, co odbija się na pijalności.
