330ml bottle from the LCBO.clear red pour, with a slightly tinged beige head. Beautiful acidic, funky aroma, with hints of cherry, and oak. the body is great, and the carb is soft. the finish is quite a bit more sour than i expected. some good notes of funk, and a big dose of acidity.Notes of oak, cherry, tart berries round it out. very impressed and surprised.

Аромат если честно слегка приторный и чересчур сильно квашенный. Цвет благородно красно-янтарный. При первом глотке твое лицо сильно перекашивается из за сумасшедшей дозы кислоты. Но уже при втором заходе сама кислота и все пиво идет очень сбалансировано. Во вкусе на оттенке чувствуются яблоки, после глотка хорошо ощущаются кислые зимние ягоды. В целом один из лучших представителей своего сорта.

Catada en schnifter, color marrón rojizo oscuro, espuma beige claro de mediana conservación. En nariz se percibe aroma a bodega, tonel, madera, frutas del bosque, salsa de soja, vinagre balsámico... En boca...ácida de cojones, prácticamente como amorrarme a una botella de vinagre de jerez, a cada sorbo que doy me resulta imposible no poner cara de El Fary chupando un limón, ideal para aliñar ensaladas (dos o tres gotas bastan), un escándalo, vinagre puro. ¿Es esta cerveza realmente así o estaba en mal estado???, no lo sé, lo que tengo claro es que después de beberla tengo la sensación de haber recibido un lavado de estómago, inaudito.

0,33 l bottle Pours hazy reddish brown with medium, lasting tan head. Aroma is fruity, vinous, a hint of caramel and slightly sour. Sourness is more forward once head disappears. All in all very gentle and subdued. Taste is light sweet and bitter and quite heavy sour. Brash and forward, completely opposite to gentle aroma. Finish is quite long, fruity, vinous and heavy sour. Sourness lingers for a while on the tongue. Despite sourness it's well drinkable and pleasant.

Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Red amber colour. Moldy modetrate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate siyur nice flavor. Long moderate acetic finish. Creamy palate.

Taste: Medium sour, wine, sour cherry, light sweet, some fruity, some wood. Palate: Medium body. Dry, sour finish.
