Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a hazy earthy amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light strawberry and sour fruits with oak notes supporting. Flavor has a nice sour strawberry with a light acid and a bit of oak underlying.

Bottle. Huge fruity strawberry nose, yogurt, wood, funky. Cloudy copper color with lace. Very sour, huge acidity, strawberry, funk. Rather abusively sour but very tasty and they have managed to convey the strawberry flavor quite well.

At a tasting, many thanks, small stable creamy bubbly head, cloudy deep intense orangecolor, strong aroma of strawberries, spiciness, barrel woodiness and just a whiff of something smokey and charred, strong mellow lactic sourness. Very good and highly interesting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey & Raphaela’s place. Thanks Ariel. Nice cloudy orange. Great aroma of strawberries, yogurt, vinegar, some funk, oak. Sour flavor with yogurt, strawberries, wheat, some vinegar, some oak, and a puckering finish. Medium-bodied. Great stuff.

Bottle, thanks to Andrew! Pours fairly cost pink lemonade, minimal head and lacing. Aroma is berries, oak, lactose. Flavor is medium plus tart, acetone, hints of funk, light plastic. Medium body.

Bottle thanks to Randy. Pours a cloudy orange pink with medium off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong strawberry seed, oak, funk. Thin mouth, tart strawberry, wheat, funk, light acidity, very nice.
