very hazy light golden amber color. Lots of DMS in the nose that distracts from other aspects. The mouth is full of DMS though underlying beer seems like a very low hopped pale ale. Apparently uses rice and noodles. You’d have to be a bit noodle to make this type of beer and the results show.

Tap at 2018 Kyoto Zest Oike Beer Festival. Stinky nose of creamed corn and cabbage. Big time DMS. Behind that are some sake-like notes but the DMS is overwhelming and horrible. Cloudy gold. Flavor is DMS with some lemon and dish soap. A huge problem here. Not drinkable.
