cloudy golden white color. Pillowy white head. Smells like Sakura Mochi (cherry blossom rice cake sweet) with some lactos notes. Low carbonation, fairly strong Sakura notes that are borderline too much and borderline cloying. Low medium bitterness and low carbonation. I like this but one bottle is plenty.

Tap at Before 9. Very cloudy whitish yellow with lace. Sakura mochi nose, pickled cherry leaves, orange juice. Very bitter and astringent falvor, leaves, grass, light grapefruit. Spritzy and peppery but the finish is nasty and lasts forever leaving my tongue numb. Undrinkable really although it started out ok.
