Nordik-Porter is a bottom fermented Eisbock, made from Störtebeker Stark-Bier. An intense taste sensation with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Drinking temperature 16ºC.

Darkest with brown/beige head. Aroma is maple syrup dark chocolate slight mushroom raisins rum and a few other spices, also dates. Taste is dense caramel with fresh raisin sourness and good dried fruit base. Sweet finish with also a bit of umami and intense espresso bitterness. Creamy texture and very well rounded and at the same time quite complex. Easily one of the best german craft beers I've had.

Bottled. A black beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of prunes, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, prunes, and berries, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle@Lars - dark brown pour with a beige head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of cocoa and toffee, burnt brown sugar, medium body, dark malty close.

Piwo deserowe, pumpernikiel wysmarowany wszystkimi owocami pestkowymi, powidelka, mus czekoladowy, karmel, czekolada z orzechami, dobre, naprawde tresciwe smaczne piwo, alkohol ukryty, piana spora malo trwala, ale lepi sie do szkla niczym mole spozywcze do specjalnej wabiacej naklejki. barwa ciemno brazowa, czarna zero przeswitu. jest to jeden z trzech eisbockow ktore testuje od dzis do czwartku, zobaczymy ktory wyjdzie zwyciesko.

Bottle. Almost black. Maltsyrup, roast and licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet, roasty alcoholic flavor with licorice and a hint of vanilla. Low on carbon. Decent.

Aroma of milk chocolate, nut, toffee, roasted malt, molasses, dried fruits and a hint of toasted almond. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, oil slick texture, average carbonation. Nutty chocolate finish. Good
