An homage to the original Pilsners of the Czech Republic. This full bodied beer has a spicy, herbal finish with hints of lemon. Prosst!

bottle from Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Clear pale yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty base, lots of grassy-resiny hops. Finally, a Pils from outside Germany that claims to be a Pils actually does taste like a Pils! Although not like a Czech one at all - let’s pretend it should taste like a classic German Pilsener, - anyhoo, it’s good!

355ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, faint golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, minimally strawy aroma, hints of oat flakess and apple puree, some grassy hop, a minimally floral touch. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, slightly fruity hoppy, hints of nektarine, mirabelle, yellow apple, slightly floral overtones.

500 ml can from Craft Bier Fest Wien Tasting Sessions.
Pale golden, clear body, with a big, frothy, white head.
Aroma of grass, flowers, fresh minty herbs, bread.
Tastes of grains, grass, flowers, citrus, mint and other herbs, subtle honey.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, grassy, floral, herbal.
Very nice, fresh Pils. I really like the floral and minty notes. Lacks a bit more body though, but on the other hand very easy to drink. Overall one of the better Pilsners I’ve had.

Pour is a bright clear golden outta the can. Aroma is a nice doughy, bready pils malt. Flavor is a very clean drinking, dry biscuity malt with a nice grassy hop. This was a fine pils, everything you are looking for in the style. The colder I drank this beer the better it was.

50cl can from Berlin Braufest 2015. BB 24/05/2015.

Pounder, with hops listed on label identical to separate entry named "Vitamin P", placing here because the ABV is the same and the hops specified in the description are generic enough to include the ones listed on the can: Hay, lemon, cane sugar nose, shitty. Relatively clear, very pale yellow, thin head. Grass and hay on the front, minty grass noble hops on the back. Some maltiness at midpalate. Overriding sweetness that gives the beer a refreshing quality without being cloying. Light body, moderate carbonation. Nicely hopped with good transitions.
