Our tart and crisp semi-dry cider is made from all sorts of Michigan-grown apples, fermented deep in our cool cellar and aged in French oak, then blended with this year's fresh-pressed juice. Michigan Harvest offers the scent of the orchard, a hint of oak, and a touch of sweetness.

Very nice. Red/green/sharp/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal/oak/yeast earth/pepper. Semidry/crisp carb. Lingering acid/tannin drying. Very flavorful/refreshing. Great fruit complexity/balance w/ yeast/oak. Spot on farmhouse style cider.

Bottle from AJ's. green apples, sharp nose, touch od toffee and cheese. Pale gold with bubbles. Sweet / sharp flavor quite a bit of tannin for an American cider too. Minerals, green apple, prickly tannic finish. Good traditional cider.
