Blik geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Roelzie en Koenzie tijdens een escapeweekend in Budapest. Het is een licht troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van tropische vruchten en hop. De smaak is fruitig, passievrucht en hop bitter.

440ml can. Slightly hazy orange, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, pine, resin. Taste of orange and grapefruit, marmalade, piney resin, sweet caramel malt, bitter hop finish. Medium bodied.

0.33 l bottle from BeerOdalom. Deep amber color, nice thick white head but that doesnt last too long. The mandatory hops are present in the aroma but the flowery/fruity scents are more significant. The taste is just like the aroma, it’s not that bitter that an average IPA’s, but very fruity imstead. Its palate is also even more sweet than bitter. But it is not a bad thing at all. Very nice IPA.

From tap at Léhűtő, Budapest. Aroma is fruity hops with sweetish malt, tropical fruits, pine resin, grapefruit, soft caramel, and orange. Flavour is on the sweet side and above medium bitter. Body is medium. Rather sweet IPA, but nicely hoppy and resinous with a formidable malt backbone. Tasty.

From can at iF Jazz Café in Budapest 12.08.24 during a fantastic solo piano concert with Péter Pintér. Dark orange golden. Persistent off-white head. Great aroma and taste of Sevilla marmalade, bitter citrus, pine bitterness and a hint of sap, as well as pale malt and slightly harder roasted malt. Well-balanced with solid mouthfeel and long aftertaste.

33cl can from City SPAR in Budapest, Hungary. Head is big, egg-white, good retention. Colour is deep gold, hazy. Aroma is rich citrus, grapefruit, orange, grapes, mellow tropical fruits. Taste is full malty base, grapefruit, toast, biscuits, orange, grapes, mango, spicy, nice balanced long lasting bitterness, soft to medium carbonation, very nice, enjoyed for sure.
