Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at the location in Nihonbashi. Served sake style. Pours a amber orange color with a large creamy head. Malty nose. Really nice palate. Fresh oranges, toast, bready base. I liked it more served in the wood. Solid.

Tap at the brewery restaurant. Heard before it was brewed in Japan, but they told me it came from HUB. Hazy orange with a low, lact head. Malty, estery nose, peaches, grapefruit zest, yeasty. Sweet and yeasty flavor, biscuits. Not all that IPA-like. Some honey and peaches. A bit weird.
