Can from my local Maruetsu. Pours clear golden, fluffy head at first but ofter a few minutes looks pretty flat. 7% happoshu, fake beer. I am thirsty, so actually when you just give it a go and drink it chilled, it actually goes down easy. If I start tu dissect it... nose is corny wet cardboard, sweet and sticky corn. Something artificial about it. Tastes also corny, sweet and booze comes through as well. Some light bitterness remains in the finish. Body is medium-heavy, all these higher abv happoshu's tend to have that huge heavy fake malt thing going on, thick taste. Overall, yep, drink it chilled and don't think about what it is.

350 ml can. Big malty, syrupy noce, honey and biscuit. Touch of grassy noble hop. Clear go,d, thick low head. Ass sweet, sugar and adjuncts, awful malt character, low hops. Heavy and oily. No thanks.

Big old 500 ml (perhaps) bottle. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A light grainy sweet nose. The flavor is a crisp sweet pale lager, not much of a hoppy presence, some light honey. All in all, this is pretty good. But basically a sweeter smoother pale lager.
