Tap at Keyaki. Bit shitty (seems the gloves were off by this stage). Loads of graininess, not much else going on apart from the rawness. Seems like they didn’t finish it.

330 ml bottle from Tokyo Station. Dirty orange pour. Citrus fruit nose, feeing some (a bit aged) mikan peels. Light bitterness and actually good mikan flavour, with some added hop bitterness. OK, a bit watery but OK.

Tap at Keyaki Spring 2017. Hazy gold with a fine head. Worty nose, oranges and crackers. Creamy glass of wort. Did they forget to ferment this?
