Bottle. Bright, pastelish golden color, hazy, with a fine, low head. Lemony, herbal nose, some papper, crackers. Light and airy, peppercorn and lemon flavor. All right.

Very pale golden color. Not a ton of flavor, some cracked pepper and lemon, but palate is very smooth.

LSAT Freedom Trip #202. Bottle shared at a tasting. Hazy pale orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, dry citrus, pepper, bubblegum. The taste is citrus, tropical fruits, pepper, bready malt. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, mild lingering spice.

On tap at The Commons. Pours a cloudy gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong clove and peppercorn. Medium mouth, light pepper, yeast, honey, lingering dryness, good.

On tap at The Commons, pours a cloudy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, light saison yeast and wheat. Flavour is pretty restrained, with light floral notes and saison yeast. Almost too light. Fairly restrained, but kind of aggressive carbonation. Solid but unexciting.
