big coriander and oranges in the nose. Mouth is not as smooth as expected and rather simple. Overall just so-so.

Tap at Jibiruba. Pretty, cloudy white. Nose of yuzu, wheat, coriander. Crisp yuzu flavor, nicely done what, coriander comes out. Good, with a prickly, peppery finish and nicely dry.
