Tap at Osakajo. Muddy, pastel yellow color is not so attractive, but the nose is awesome with huge, juicy plum backed up by light wheaty biscuits. Mind-blowingly good plum flavor, so ripe and juicy with a bit of sweetness and a lot of tartness so you think it might be a gose or Berliner. Fresh, crisp, tart. A lovely beer, the best I have had from T.Y. to date and the best beer of the festival.
