Tap at the brewpub.Could have been a newer, stronger tripel, so I will change it if one appears. Hazy gold with a low, airy head. Malty nose, honey, some biscuits, smells genuine. Ok sweetness, peaches, biscuits, oranges. A bit over-spiced but it hides the alcohol well and is good. Rye spiciness comes out well. Good for an American tripel.

Tulip at the.brewery - hazy gold with a soapy lace - I like what they were going for here in that this iw not too heavy on the ester profile (no huge banana notes.like a lot of american tripels) - it’s a little sweet, but has a spicy and floral hop character and moderate earthy and peppery phenolics - mild.tropical esters - finish is a little rough and syrupy - has potential.
