Light citrus but not a whole lot to this. Hazy amber pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Bottle.

12 oz. bottle from Berkeley Bowl. It pours a clear deep orange gold color with a small, foamy off white head. The aroma has some toasted malt, light pear, spice and herbals. Kind of reminds me of Dupont products minus the spicy yeast character. The flavor is toasted, earthy with hints of pear, spice and wood. Medium to strong herbal/floral bitterness. A little more dust and earth in the aftertaste. Ok. This hop works well in Belgian styles, but not so much in a single hop APA.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau in San Jose. Bright lemon and tropical fruit aromas. Wheat malt backing. Pretty golden-orange that is slightly hazy. Pristine white head with significant lacing. Moderate pine and faint citrus in the flavor. Moderate high bitterness.
