Thanks Tim. Sour! Mouth drying! Can feel the moisture in my tongue receding . Super fruity Aroma, lovely. Taste is great, tart, loads of fruit, salty at the end. Teeth coating.

On tap at Blue Supreme, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out shitloads of ultra-acidic raspberries upfront, followed by wild yeast and some lacto. Flavour is intensely acidic, with bright, sour raspberries, wild yeast, and lactic acid. Nearly strips the enamels off, but is still tastefully done. Very good.

Intense soured raspberry. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Puckering tartness and a long Raspberry finish. Too tart.

RB backlog. Rye spice, dextrose, strawberries, caramel, bread crust, lactic. Fruity, medium sweet start, almost astringent sour notes, tart. Light to medium body with pearly carbonation. Beautifully layered and ripe.

Flaska från Beergium. Gyllenrosa grumlig färg. Doft med massor av saftig hallon. Ganska rejäl syra för stilen, lite laktosmaker och massor av hallon. Mycket gott.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Funky raspberry aroma. Ruby pink. Fluffy translucent white head is short-lived. Mouth puckering sour raspberry. Some fruit syrup in the mix. Thin. Light bodied. Fizzy carbonation. Dryes yer mouth out finish. Clearly one has to be a fan of sourness and If that is the case the get stuck in.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, copper colour with small, bubbly, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sherbet-like, sweet-ish fruity and fruit acidic raspberry aroma; the sweetness shapes up as rather ephemeral and give way to lactic sauerkraut overtones. Taste is tart, minimally earthy fruity, just dry and acidic remnants of raspberry, no residual sweetness, hints of citric acid. Very refreshing, slightly restricted fruitiness (earthy, leafy and sugary aspects of the raspberry spectrum in question).

330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours a hazy pinkish amber, small off-white head. Aroma is lactic with some fruity red berries. Taste presents a lactic, sharp, sour character with tart raspberry notes. Decent sour, but perhaps a bit full bodied and sharp for a berliner.
