Bottle at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Aroma is intense sour raspberry, tart red fruits, mild lactic notes. Flavour is nicely sour, has a wonderful intensity to it. Body is medium. Exquisite raspberry sour, truly amazing.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear deep pink, faint pale pink head. Citric nose with lots of frozen raspberries. Tart with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Frozen raspberries dominates completely, beneath lures a hint of a well brewed sour wheat beer. WIht around 90% less raspberries, this could be fantastic, now it is lopsided and fairly one dimensional. Still superior to much of the moderns sours of today though.

Bottled (from KSM Kampus, Pori). Hazy reddish amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, lots of tartness and funk with some wooden tones too. Flavour is funk, raspberries, almost brett like dry elements with some wood to it.More like a properly brewed sour beer than a Berliner Weiss...

Bottle. Pink, cloudy. Strong raspberry, salt, fresh. Tastes very raspberry sweet, but is balanced out by sparkly, tart. Enjoying it late at night in the summer, after a lovely day.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, we had this after a day at Hallertauer Bierfestival weekend, Attenkirchen Saturday 25th June 2022 in the company of Jonas and Ursula. Pours looking like a washed out ribena, the hear disappearing rapidly. Super aroma, really raspberry laden, tart and tangy, juicy, tangy lots of raspberry. Good with redcurrants from the garden.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy moldy raspberry aroma. Moderate bitter acetic raspberry flavor. Long nice finish. Oily palate,

Bottled 330ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb. Pinkish coloured, small off-white head, raspberry in the nose. Tartish raspberry taste with mild yeasty and fruity notes. Refreshing.

Bottle at Nuetnigenough. Pours a cloudy ruby with medium off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong raspberry, cherry, wheat, earth. Slick body, raspberry, vinegar, wheat, nice tartness, very good.
