Keyaki! Better than the others. Fruity, light spritziness. Cherry strawberry. Not exciting but almost ok. Thin.

Tap at Keyaki. Burned cabbage and vinous red wine notes, some cherry on the nose. Wine-like body, feels heavy on the palate for the abv. Almost like they had a batch of something and they dumped wine in the tank to see what would happen. Well, ultimately it hides more of the flaws than their other beers, but it’s still pretty awful. --- Beer merged from original tick of Wine Red on 15 May 2016 at 14:46 - Score: 3

Tap at Keyaki. Pretty red color with lace. Deep crimson-purple. Nose of wine, citrus, grape juice. FLavors also fo wine and grapes and biscuits, then a smoky, burnt aspect that doesn’t fit but is in all their beers. Burning the wort in the kettle--or is there a bacterial infection that smells like burnt vegetables? Their best beer, but still a train wreck.
