We`re continued to experiment with the technology of "sour-kettle", as a result to present our version of the light and refreshing Gose.
Restrained hop aromatics Mosaic and Enigma, the inherent addition of spicy coriander and salt, gave an interesting bouquet of flavors, nice harmony with the characteristic acidity in the finish.
And in spite of the winter, Salty Dog, it symbolizes our idea that beer is not afraid of the seasons, as well as an experienced sailor is not afraid of storms. In the end, why light and tasty beer should be drunk only in the summer, when you can drink all year round?

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Bakunin Salty Dog ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, salty, moderate yeasty, gose yeast - dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, salty, pale malt, sweet malt, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 6-2-7-3-13

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, firm, foamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy lemon aroma, hints of lemongrass, lemon tea, salted lemon, a touch of chamomile. Taste is tart, salty, slightly citrusy and minimally strawy, notes of salted lemon, hints of lemon juice, a lactic touch of sauerkraut. Original.

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and a nice fine minerally crispness. Light tangy orange - lemon. Nice light savoury vibe. Crisp finish. Nice start to the day.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is gluey citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a light crisp refreshing yeast citrus palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
