We`re continued to experiment with the technology of "sour-kettle", as a result to present our version of the light and refreshing Gose.
Restrained hop aromatics Mosaic and Enigma, the inherent addition of spicy coriander and salt, gave an interesting bouquet of flavors, nice harmony with the characteristic acidity in the finish.
And in spite of the winter, Salty Dog, it symbolizes our idea that beer is not afraid of the seasons, as well as an experienced sailor is not afraid of storms. In the end, why light and tasty beer should be drunk only in the summer, when you can drink all year round?

At BBF, clear pale yellow color, light lemon aroma with minerals hints, lemony salty flavor, light and muted. Fair.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy hoppy. Smooth fruity, mellow, slight citrusy. Crisp mild fruity. Medium dry. Smooth and lingering floral to fruity finish.

Thank you for sharing BE & friends RB Crew! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2016. Day 2. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is mildly mineral, fruity, peach, sweet rich wheat with low mineral qualities. Taste is mellow wheat with mellow qualities, pleasant, nice peach, white bread, interesting mildly sweet wheat. Body is fluffy wheat, low mineral. Pleasantly mineral wheat, this one aligns close to Bahnhof than the current slew of painfully salty goses that so many USA-styled breweries are churning out. I am definitely a fan.

At Borefts 2016. thnx for sharing,everyone ! Pours clear blonde, no head. Aromatic, bit hoppy, malty, and especially fruity trough the malts and hops, as - to my knowledge - there is no fruit added here . Taste is intense, bit dry, malty, bit hoppy, even aromatic ( trough the hops ) salty back. Amazing gose !

Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, grass, hay, Cheese Doodles, fruit salt, bark, dried grain. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Weird.
