We`re continued to experiment with the technology of "sour-kettle", as a result to present our version of the light and refreshing Gose.
Restrained hop aromatics Mosaic and Enigma, the inherent addition of spicy coriander and salt, gave an interesting bouquet of flavors, nice harmony with the characteristic acidity in the finish.
And in spite of the winter, Salty Dog, it symbolizes our idea that beer is not afraid of the seasons, as well as an experienced sailor is not afraid of storms. In the end, why light and tasty beer should be drunk only in the summer, when you can drink all year round?

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016. Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch zitronig hopfig, grasig, salzig. Geschmack zitronig, leicht salzig, fruchtig.

Clear pale yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: bit funky, saline, fruity, tropical fruits, some overripe fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, very funky, salty, pretty bitter, some tannins. Aftertaste: salty, tropical fruits, grapefruit, bitter touch.

50cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden with a fairly large, bubbely head. Fruity, lactic and wheaty aroma with hints of gooseberries. Moderate sweet with nice acidity almosty yogurty flavour and slightly salty finish. Pleasant and rather refreshing.

0.5l bottle from face off in moscow. pours a muddy orange with a small white head. aroma of fruity hops, mostly pineapple, some lacto and grains. flavour of sour fruits, gooseberries, coriander. not too sour, rather salty on the lips.

Draft. Hazy yellow-orange color, fine, but not very abundant white foam. Aroma: fruity, light, a little sour. Taste: salt, tropical fruit, sour, pickles, spices, refreshing, best beer in the morning hangover.
