We`re continued to experiment with the technology of "sour-kettle", as a result to present our version of the light and refreshing Gose.
Restrained hop aromatics Mosaic and Enigma, the inherent addition of spicy coriander and salt, gave an interesting bouquet of flavors, nice harmony with the characteristic acidity in the finish.
And in spite of the winter, Salty Dog, it symbolizes our idea that beer is not afraid of the seasons, as well as an experienced sailor is not afraid of storms. In the end, why light and tasty beer should be drunk only in the summer, when you can drink all year round?

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Dorée, léger orangé voile, col blanc. Arôme offre un nez bien citrique avec un petit rétro minéral-salin, restant assez basique mais bien exécuté dans la lignée allemande de gose. Palais est léger mettant bien en avant un côté citrique, salin ajoutant ce côté minéral. Fini sec, râpeux assez directe dans le profil aigrelet mais sans être surfait. Un bel exemple du style.

Tap at TCBW2016. Hazy orange color, tiny white head. Watermelon fruity aroma, a bit salty. Light-bodied. Salty, fruity, tart. Orange and citrus. Simple Berliner Weisse.

On tap. Light amber colour. Moderate dense white head. Average retention. Notable lacing. Aroma of spicy hops, tropical fruit, some citrus & salt. Light body. Oily texture. Soft carbo. Tastes of pleasant acidity products, salt, spicy hops. Light to medium sourness. Light bitterness. Very refreshing and pleasant.
