Tap at CBM Koenji. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a nice one-finger head of foam. Citrus forward aromas with some mango and passionfruit along with some crackery notes. Dry and crisp on the palate with lots of tropical fruit lingering. Finish is medium bitter with nice crackery and peppery flavor that lingers. Another classic from Y. Tap at Komachi. Cloudy golden orange, medium head. Big hop nse, citrus, dankness, tropical fruits, clean, cracker malts. Fruity hops, mango, apricot, orange, grass, biscut malt. Bit sweet, but crisp and nicely bitter with a good peppery finish. Rich, crisp, very good.
