Flaske 0,5l fra Kjeller 5. Småhissig. Lys gyldenbrun. Lavt skum som raskt flater helt ut. Litt uklar. Beskjeden fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er litt anonym men med tilløp til aprikos. Litt syrlighet etter hvert.

A clear 0.5l bottle. This one pours a crystal clear golden looking thing in the glass and it has a small quickly sidesticking white lager head that's leaving some OK looking lacing down the sides of the glass. It smells like the water flowers has been standing in. Added a bit of the sun damaged skunky thing quite often found in these types with a clear bottle and a lager styled beer, I'm not exaggerating if I'm saying that I'm not enjoying this aroma very much. Extremely thin and watery mouthfeel on this. A bit like drinking carbonated water and the flavor is not to far of just that either. The skunk creeps up in the taste just as he did in the aroma. It's really gliding flavors here, cause they don't last were long in the mouth. Not horrible to drink, but my oh my it's not any good either. 14.09.2013

Bottle, thanks to Cunningham. It pours a pale golden body topped by a medium sized head. The aroma is rather boring, citrusy and lightly malty, very straight forward and boring. The flavor has a little sweetness, it’s citrusy and faintly bitter, but far from interesting. Nice carbonation level, medium to thin body. Well, it’s an easy drinkable beer, flawless, but superbly boring. The Norwegian consumers can take more than this. 121116

500 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a big, fluffy white head that fades quickly. Light aroma of caramel. Flavor is light malty, some caramel and low bitterness. No obvious faults but deadly boring. This is not just a light and subdue ale, it’s a beer made with no depth or inspiration. It’s far below average. Come on Coldboy, you can do better than this.

500ml bottle bought at Meny Oslo City. Clear golden body, no head. Smell of hard water with fruity hints. Subdued taste of sweet fruits with notes of earthy malts. Brief bitter endnotes. Anonymous, indeed, no side notes though (hotel room, Oslo 11.12.2012).

Medium offwhite head. Clear coppery body with carbonation. Caramelly nutty aroma with perfumy papery notes. Dry-sweet caramelly toffee taste with perfumy fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish caramelly nutty toffee aftertaste with papery notes. Nice, fairly full-flavoured, but a bit artificial-tasting. Tastes much more like a UK pale ale (that is, a bitter) than a US pale ale. (0.5l bottle, Meny Oslo City.)
