Keyaki. Nice. Bitterness is quite mild, but big Belgian character. Yeasty, saison graininess, bit of yoghurt, light citrus.

Fall Keyaki 2015. Murky brown with no head, only some swirls of white like hot chocolate. Light Belgian yeast aromas with some peach and citrus. Super heavy, vegetable juice like body with little to no carbonation. Something went horribly wrong. First big slip for Y Market in my book. Tap at Nakanoshima Craft Beer Picnic. Muddy-ass dirty brown nasty, full of thick nasty yeast. Yeasty, malty noise, orange, peach, bread. Fruity flavor, peaches and bread, thick nasty yeast. This whole keg was like this, and it should never have left the tank. Big mistake. Hope they sort it out.
