Keyaki. Grainy, bit yeasty. Very easy drinking. Bit of yoghurt, lightly fruity. Very easy drinking.

Keyaki Fall 2015. Light hazy gold with a small white head. Lots of lemon, orange and grapefruit all over the nose with some light pine. Good carbonation and quite crisp and dry. Great finish. Really enjoyable pale. --- Beer merged from original tick of Pale Ale on 21 Sep 2015 at 13:41 - Score: 8

Tap at the Gifu Beer Matsuri 2015. New beer, Citra single hop. Glowing, cloudy golden with a medium head quickly to lace. Cracker, lemon, wheat in the nose. Clean, citrus. Clean, crisp malt flavor, crackers, lemon and some grapefruit, with a peppery, bitter finish. Clean, crisp, and good.
