Little bit of sweetness, not much taste but it’s alright.

Had this at an izakaya(pub) in Kanazawa and seemed very fresh. Golden hazy color. It’s unfiltered. Sweet hoppy fruity nose. Light clean dry and very very fruity. Good cereal notes in the mouth as well. Definitely using new world hops, and I would consider it more of an ipl rather than a lager. Big bitterness. Lower than expected carbonation. Wow. I might expect this to be good but this is way better. Fantastic

Bottle sent from the brewery. Creamy, citrusy nose, lemon and orange from the hops, something like miso, rich biscuity Czech pilsner-like malt. Deep golden-orange, cloudy, with a medium, fine head. Sweet biscuity and fruity flavor, orange, some melon, rich malt, touch of caramel. Refreshing and fruity lager. Interesting use of American hops, and overall a very original lager. Malt character is rather Czech, though with some Munich or caramel malts, slightly sweeter and fuller than their pilsner. Tingly, peppery hop finish. Simpler than their pils, but easy drinking and enjoyable.
