With an intense and very, very special flavour. That's our Epidor. A beer that's as good as it sounds, because an Epidor couldn't be better. Made with caramel malt. Yes, you heard right, caramel malt, and with such a compact body and unique aroma that each sip will be an awesome experience.

330mml. bottle. Barcelona (Spain), 26/10/2019. [#3.069 Global, #427 Spain and #1 Cervezas Moritz]. Clear amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts and soft bread. Taste is the same, leading to an intense sweet malty finish. Next one please!

0.33 bottle. Visszafogott keserűség, inkább a maláta dominál, de utóíze a mazsola mellett finoman keserű. Jócskán megüti a mércét, az egyik legjobb spanyol, amit kóstoltam - persze csak nagyüzemi szinten.
***
Great looks, beautiful deep bronze red color, medium to medium but there is. The aroma is fresh, with caramel as well as a sweet base, but hops can be felt, though rather only in the background. It opens with a cognac sweet to taste. Alcohol hidden, carbonic acid point is good. Restrained bitterness, malt is predominant, but the aftertaste is slightly bitter with raisins. It hits the bar a lot, one of the best Spanish I’ve tasted - only on a large scale, of course.
