Bottle - Dark brown in colour. Dried fruit, nuts and caramel in the aroma. Nutty, fruity and malty taste with caramel, peach and sultanas.

Bottled at SBWF. Clear golden, coarse head. Buttery fruity nose. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Mellow and pleasant, decidedly Austrian in style with some sweet malt depth and very careful hops. By far the best beer from this unusual brewery.

Sample at SBWF 2013. Clear dark golden with a small head. Aroma and taste of malt, bread, some metal, grass and dried fruit.
