pale amber color. Lots of bread and toasty malt character. Semisweet. Medium bitterness. Soft malt, elegant, but a tad boring.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Oct 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with toast, dark fruit and a touch of candy sugar. Malty taste with notes of toast, apricots, toffee, dark fruit and a fairly low bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well, well, not really interesting, but quite drinkable.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB Feb 2016, at Gastropub Nordic, 20150718) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and mildly butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, molasses and bitterness. Aftertate was grainy, malty and bitter. A nice grainy märzen.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is mild floral notes along with some slight nutty notes. Quite a typical Märzen aroma apart from that. Flavour again is a very typical Märzenbier. Produced in Germany, or do the brewery have a German brewmaster?
