Tap at Beer Fes Osaka 2015. I learned that this is brewed with a wild yeast strain. Fruity, citrus nose, a bit of tart acidity. Cloudy, bright gold. Tons of citrus flavor (yuzu peel), crisp, crackery wheat. Good.

On tap at Popeye. Served in a weissbier vase. Beautiful soapy head. Strong fruity aroma: banana, peach and a touch of citrus. Intense spice present when drinking: coriander, all spice, fennel. Tap at 23 Craft Beers, Nagoya. Hazy orange color, good white head. Aroma has wheat and coriander. Light-bodied. Light wheaty flavor with light pepper. A bit light even for this abv.
