Bottle from Bierkoning, thanks Eddan. Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, dark malt and some light cocoa. The same in the taste, also some dark fruit. Medium sweet and with a medium bitter finish. A nice one to sip.

18-06-17 // bottle, waxed cap, bought at Be Hoppy, Madrid. Deep black, creamy beige head. Nose: loads of cocoa beans. Tastes of bitter chocolate, cocoa beans, mild coffee, hints of vanilla beans.

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As De Molen / Zombier Nibs & Beans ].Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, dark malt, coffee, coffee beans. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee, sweet malt, sweet coffee, dusty. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 8-4-8-4-16

Black color, tan head with medium duration. Aroma is roasty, with a high presence of coffee notes. Flavor is light bittery, roasty, toasty, some smoked notes, coffee beans and black chocolate with hints of ripe black fruits. Dense on palate with some carbonation in the final but dominating the roasted malts notes.

Bottle - Dark sweet chocolate, roast and nice coffee. Jet black with a rich brown head. Intense dark chocolate, nice coffee and a long sticky coffee finish.

Draught at Taphouse. Pitch black with a thin tanned head. Sweet roasted aroma with dark malts, chocolate, coffee and caramel. Taste is bitter roasted. Full body with an oily texture. Finishes dry and roasted bitter with coffee beans and dark malts. Excellent Stout, coffee beans just right in this one.
