Tap at CBM event. Very very nice. Great smell, very fruity, raspberry, pie crust. Taste is very good, light sourness, maybe more tart. Very fruity again. Little bit of sweetness. Lovely.

Pours pink, nice foam. Aroma is pure rasberry, no sweetness, fresh. Taste has some wheat, raspberry essence. Sour and a bit dry. Would love it with a raspberry cake. Really good.

Bottled. Huge, lovely raspberry nose, jammy but tart, light bread and citrus. Beautiful deep red color with a high airy head. Soft, smooth, rather dry and fruity flavor, light minerals. A bit salty. Excellent. The nose is a killer.

Small glass on draft at Craft Beer Market Awajicho. Reddish with light pink head. Aromas of raspberry, red wine, berries, light funk. Tastes of big fresh juicy raspberries, tart berries. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Delicious.
