Tap into a shaker showing moderate filtration, honey colored with half a finger of white foam. The nose shows a mix of light pine, citrus fruit, and hints of pineapple. The palate is heavily carbonated and light bodied. Flavors of a lot of citrus fruit with a slight acidity and moderately strong citric zesty spiciness. The finish shows a citric zest bitterness with the spiciness showing up once more on the linger.

Handpump at Gremlin. Deep gold to light amber with almost no head. Faint aromas of orange, grapefruit zest, pine, grass and wood. Medium body with little carbonation. As it warms the flavors become more pronounced. Dry and bitter finish. Almost like a bitter on handpump. Not bad. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kutsurogi Pale Ale on 25 Dec 2015 at 19:54 - Score: 7

Tap at Bungalow. Amber-orange color, clear, tall, fine head. Earthy, slightly resinous nose, some caramel and oranges. Nicely fruity, stone fruits and oranges, earthy, pepper flavor with a bit of caramel and bread. Solidly done old school PA. Nice fruity interest though not outstanding.
