Tap at Uber Tavern, Seattle. Colour is brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, dark fruits, caramel, some Belgian yeast and malts.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Draught at Thrash Zone. Yeasty nose, chocolate, minerals. Almost black. Sweet and spicy, fruity chocolate, somewhat strange yeastiness, brown sugar. OK, but doesn’t really work. Another American quad that just seems to far from the real thing.
