Flaska från kompis. Ljus och lättdrucken. Kanske lite väl söt i avslutet men funkar absolut som "grillolja".

Vom Faß im Ratskeller Köpenick. - Strohgelb, blank. In der Nase Noten von Petersilie. Im Antrunk frisch-zitroniger Hopfen. Mild rezent, fein perlend. Leichte Fehlaromen wie von Schweineschmalz (alter Hopfen?). Zarte Malzsüße. Appetitlich trocken, leicht chininartig.

Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops with a touch of grain and paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour with a touch of yeast and a very distinct but not entriely unpleasant note of paper. Cardboardlike and bitter finish. OK but rather anonymous. I have no idea why it is called a pils legend on the label.
