Can. Supposedly uses pilsner, caramel, wheat, crystal, and Munich malts. Kind of impressive for a major. Pretty amber-orange color with a medium, fine head. Malty nose with biscuits, a bit of caramel and some grassy hops. Rich and malty but not over sweet. Light fruitiness, oranges and peaches. Nicely bitter finish, prickly, peppery. Pretty darn good, I say, though they should have squeezed a bit more malt richness out of this with all that variety.
