Tap at the Beer Box. Amber colour, creamy gold head. Aroma is grassy hops. Taste is more malty, light bitterness, lots of grain. Bit of citrus. Bit of caramel. Alright.

understated, but well balanced IPA Nice backbone and never too aggressive but certainly decent amount of hops balance

From tap at Beerfes Tokyo. Nice amber, a bit of foam. Aroma relatively malty, has freshness and sweet fruity hops. Tastes Brimmer - somewhat thick and velvety, some bitterness and a bit of resin. Good drinkability, nice brew.

Draught at 2 Dogs. Pretty, glowing red, a bit cloudy, with a fine, airy head. Nose or caramel, cherry, some chocolate, orange hops. Sweet, citrus flavors, caramel and chocolate. Tasty, very drinkable, with a dry, woody bitter finish.

Keg at Popeye, Tokyo (as Classic American IPA, 6%). Almost clear copper colour, minimal head. Aroma of grapefruit and caramel. Mid sweet with solid body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Resiny caramel and Earl Grey tea. Really bitter finish.
