Hi.P.A. is a medium-bodied groove with a fresh and fruitful nose of tympanic temptation. It begins and ends with a big hop bite that is itself forever balanced on the brink by a steady rhythm of malt. Dry-hopped for extra quenching in the face of heat and beat, it’s an ideal accompaniment to chilling out, turning inward or sailing onward through the music of the night toward the dawn of the mind. It’s the liquid way to say be here now lest you never come this way again.

Bottle. Hoppy taste. Hoppy aroma. Golden color with a really nice head and some lace.

Tap at the Watering Hole. Clear golden blond, white fluffy head soon fades. Aroma is citrusy but not so bitter, orange maybe, bit floral, very nice. Taste is lightly fruity, quite full bodied, some malty sweetness coming through. But like a DIPA taste without the bitterness. Nice but a bit unexciting.

12oz can. Clear, golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is a hood mix of hop and malt, flavour is mostly hop, grapefruit, citrus. Very dry finish

On tap at magic hat brewing. Pours out a crisp clear pale golden topped with a white head. Nose is light hops pine and some citrus. Taste more of the light hope notes and some cereal. Pretty lacking in my opinion.

Bottled. Bright golden color with lace. Lemony nose, light bread, Sprite. Lemony flavor with light malts, nice bitter finish. Light and clean. Decent enough.

Pours cloudy dark golden color with white head. Light caramel and citrus aromas. Bitter citrus with some cereal and grass. Medium body with average carbonation. By far the best magic hat beer I’ve had.

Bottle. Fruity citrus hops and light bready malt aroma. Golden yellow with a moderate white head. Piney, juicy citrus hops, and faint malty flavor. Medium body, slight dry finish. Very hop forward. I thought it could have used a little more malt presence.

Bottle. Orange/caramel malt and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow color with large white head. Sweet orange-caramel malt and lightly bitter orange peel hops flavor. Very good.
